If you:

• are aged between 21 and 40 years
• are able to give one or two nights a week, plus four or five weekends a year, plus a two week camp
• feel you can offer something to the youth of today

Then we are interested in you…

We are always looking for young Officers and Adult youth leaders, male and female. Do not worry if you know nothing about the Army – we will provide training. We will even provide your uniform free of charge! You can even receive up to 28 days pay.

The Charter of the Army Cadet Force

The Army Cadet Force is a voluntary youth Organisation, sponsored by the Army and taking part in both military and community activities. Its purpose is to develop amongst its members the qualities of good citizenship and the sense of service to Queen and Country.

It will seek this aim by:

• Providing adventurous training and challenging activities designed to develop powers of leadership and qualities of character valuable alike to civilian and soldier
• Stimulating interest in the Army, its achievement and skills and in the national life
• Giving encouragement and training to those considering a career in the Regular army or service in the reserve Forces
